This stay was quite pleasant. The breakfast included an omelet-making station that made great dishes. The rooms could use eating utensils, but otherwise all was well.

Ashley, Allison, Justin, and Kyle truly went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled seamlessly. First time staying at this hotel with my family of 4 and I have nothing but good things to say. The amenities were AWESOME, everyone with the staff was kind and helpful, the rooms were super comfortable, clean and modern. My kids of course loved the pool. I LOVED the idea of the “complimentary evening” with the snacks and Cocktails. The bartender that worked on 3/7 evening was AWESOME & I was truly impressed how well he worked under pressure and was still very friendly. That was my first ever experience with something like that and it was awesome! Also, the breakfast being included in your stay was mind blowing on the amount of options there were also. I was blown away by the amenities. I will be staying again in the future! Great job.
The was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The service was immaculate. The staff was some of the nicest and most respectful people I have ever came in contact with. The rooms was super clean super nice and up to date,and the view was amazing. And the food was 5 star this has been one of the best stays and time I have ever had at and hotel. Thank you all so much
I enjoyed staying embassy Friendly staffs. Great customer service. Waitress Iesha that waited on us Great customer service didn't have to wait on food and drinks long she was outstanding with her work came over to table several times to check if we need anything and also mr. Eddy service was outstanding as well . Me and my family will definitely be back again I will let other people know about embassy suites. 2026
This is a great hotel to stay at. Clean, convenient to the Hoover Met, and the included breakfast is great! The ONLY complaint I have is the water temperature and pressure in our shower. The water was barely warm at best. I was told while checking in that this room had been recently renovated, so I think the water temperature issue is an easy fix and just needs to be adjusted by their staff. Room 804. Other wise, we always enjoy our stay here.
Gorgeous Hotel! And great location! We were getting discouraged by Hilton Hotels (mostly Hampton Inns) as we travel a ton. This hotel brought the grand back for us in the Hilton Chain. Rooms completely updated, (not just a few items like many) fitness is incredible, breakfast is hot, coffee is exceptional. Employees eagerly helpful! This Embassy Suites in Hoover, AL is everything all Hiltons used to be and should strive to be. And they take your small pups! We will definitely be back.
